?Articles in total Why should I use Billomat to manage my articles? The advantage: when you create a new document (estimate or invoice) you can quite simply add items from your stored articles. Even without the articles you can of course add items - from an invoice for example. ?Your own notepaper for personalised documents What's the advantage of the notepaper? When you upload a notepaper it is used to create all PDF files. So you don't need to purchase any more pre-printed paper carrying your logo. Of course, should you still have such pre-printed stationery you can carry on using this and don't need to upload a notepaper. ?Sending documents by letter, fax and email Sending documents simply With Billomat's document dispatch function there's no need for any more printing out, folding and creasing, packaging, franking etc. With just two clicks quotes and invoices can easily be sent out directly from Billomat. The same technology is used, for example, by online shops and banks. By using encryption no one can spy on your transferred data. ?Ad-free PDF and email no Billomat notice What does "ad-free" mean? PDFs generated by Billomat show a small Billomat logo in the bottom left-hand corner. In emails sent via Billomat a small notice about Billomat appears in the footer. No third-party advertising is placed in PDFs or emails.		1	1	1	1
?Storage capacity for documents Why is memory capacity needed? Every time you create a document a PDF is stored on the Billomat server, requiring memory capacity. Notice

When you register you automatically receive the free Plan S, so you can use and try out Billomat without charge for as long as you want. Should the free plan eventually no longer be sufficient for you, you have the option to change to a higher plan at any time.

Is third-party advertising shown on Billomat?

No, no advertising appears on Billomat.

Can I install Billomat on my own server?

No, Billomat is a web-based service which can only be used online. Installation on your local PC or server is not possible.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no set-up charges, no cancellation charges and no charges for upgrading or downgrading to a different tariff or other costs. Even the support is free.

How often can I change my plan?

Upgrades (changes to a higher plan) can be carried out at any time, including before the end of the contract period. Downgrades (changes to a lower plan) are in principle only possible at the end of the chosen payment period.
Please note also that you can only downgrade if you haven’t exceeded the allocation for your chosen plan. If this is the case, you may need to delete some data.

Which contract periods can I select?

There’s no problem with choosing a monthly contract period and you run no risk in doing so.
However, we also offer longer contract periods of three months, six months or a year. There are attractive reductions for these:

Per quarter: 3% reduction
Per half-year: 6% reduction
Per year: 12% reduction
