Your IP address, i.e. the address at which your computer is accessed on the internet, is not stored along with the other data. Billomat collects personal data, in particular when you register. As such, your company name, first and last name, street and number, postcode, city, country and email address are requested. You can add additional personal data voluntarily when creating an extended profile.

Customers who work on Billomat’s system online are connected to a secure server that encrypts their information and all traffic as well as passwords, insofar as the customer is paying for the service. This makes it extremely difficult if not impossible for third parties to gain unauthorised access to your personal data.

In developing our retail system data security has top priority. We use firewalls to prevent unauthorised access to information. In addition, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt your personal data and therefore protect it from being improperly disclosed, destroyed, modified or exploited.

Users’ rights

On request we notify you without delay and free of charge in accordance with the law whether and which personal data we have stored for you. Entries may be modified or deleted at the user’s request.
