SSL-certification

All your data in Billomat is stored on a high-security server within Germany, complying with the latest security standards. The data is also encoded with the latest SSL-256bit encryption and is, therefore, more secure than Fort Knox.

TÜV customer satisfaction

According to a customer satisfaction analysis by TÜV Saarland, most Billomat users are completely happy with our revolutionary accounting software. In March 2020, the TÜV, therefore, awarded Billomat with the customer satisfaction seal with the grade of 1.8 (good).

Software Made in Germany

SOFTWARE MADE IN GERMANY is an initiative of the Bundesverbands IT-Mittelstand (BITMi e.V.). The certification is only awarded to companies based in Germany that offer a German-language service and design their software exclusively in Germany.

Software Hosted in Germany

The SOFTWARE HOSTED IN GERMANY seal is addressed to software manufacturers who offer web-based solutions. Billomat has been awarded precisely this certification as a particularly secure, web-based software. All our data is hosted in a data centre in Germany, whose terms of the contract are governed exclusively by German law, in particular German data protection law, the German Civil Code (BGB) and the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Cloud Services Made in Germany

Billomat is actively involved in the Cloud Services Made in Germany initiative. The certificate is only awarded to companies that were founded in Germany and whose place of jurisdiction for all contractual and legal matters is based in Germany. The head office of Billomat is in Nuremberg with a branch office in Dresden.

ISO-Normen

Billomat hostet seine Server in Deutschland und erfüllt Billomat hosts its servers in Germany and fulfils the ISO 27001 certification of an information security management system and the ISO 27018 certification for compliant secure cloud solutions in Germany.

GoBD compliant

The Billomat software is GoBD-compliant and audited according to IDW PS 880, and in September 2019 we received the official seal of approval from interev GmbH. This means that you are always on the safe side when doing your accounting in Billomat.

GDPR

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) was developed to strengthen and standardise data protection for individuals in the EU. Of course, Billomat is 100% DSGVO-compliant and treats all your data securely and confidentially.

PCI

The abbreviation PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Security Standard) stands for a security standard for credit card data which is binding for all facilities that process cardholder data. With the PCI certificate, Billomat assures compliance with the PCI data security standards, which protect customers and online merchants from fraudulent attacks, card misuse and theft.
