With Billomat Payment, you can send your customers a Concardis payment link through the customer centre. Your customer will be redirected through the Paylink to an individual payment site, where they can choose from all the common payment methods and pay their invoice. Whether you are an IT service provider, a freelancer, an online shop or an association – with Billomat Payment you will collect your money faster. The Paylink is suited for almost all sectors and services. Fast, easy and above all safe.
For our effective online payment method Billomat Payment we are cooperating with the payment service provider Concardis. With the Concardis Paylink, you can offer one of the most efficient online payment methods to your customers.
With the Concardis Paylink, we offer you a very unique payment solution: this means, in short, that the payment link is implemented in the Billomat customer portal and that it can thus be shared with your customer. The Concardis Paylink is suitable for every sector that needs to write non-recurring or recurring invoices and that wants to offer their customers a fast payment method. For the installation of the e-payment solution no programming skills are required.
The billing is based on your usage, that is, per completed transaction via the Concardis Paylink. A fee of 1.3 % of the transaction will be billed per transaction through the Paylink. There is no monthly fee or setup fee. This is why Billomat Payment is significantly cheaper than all other providers on the market, such as Stripe and Co.
Activate the Billomat Payment feature in your accounting program under > Settings > Administration > Customer portal, by unlocking the option „Pay invoices/reminders“. For the configuration of Billomat Payment we need some data about you and your company, which will be retrieved through the Onboarding form. You can get to that form through the displayed link for further information. If you need help filling in the form, our support team will be happy to assist you. In case the Billomat Payment option is not yet available in the settings of your customer portal, please contact our support team via support@billomat.com. We will unlock the feature immediately for your account.
The payment link will be sent in the Billomat format by default – analogous to the Billomat customer portal. Of course, it is also possible to adapt the payment link individually to your company’s design, for example, by changing the colors, pictures, logos and fonts. During the activation of Billomat Payment, you can already define in the onboarding form which payment methods and currencies you want to accept. Of course, you can still change these settings later. The credit cards VISA, Master Card and Amex as well as Paypal and Paydirekt are available. Please note that an additional acceptance contract is required for the use of Paypal, Paydirekt and Amex.
Apart from a one-time credit card debit, you also have the possibility of creating subscriptions. In this case, you can lodge a fixed amount which will be debited within a fixed billing period (for example, every 7 days) or over a particular period (for example 6 months). You can generate the payment link with this particular feature in the backend, if needed.
If the Billomat Payment has been activated successfully, Billomat automatically creates a Paylink for every invoice, that will be displayed in the customer portal as a payment button. In addition, it is possible, of course, to directly disclose the Paylink in your invoice. To do so, use the placeholder [Invoice.customerportal_url]. It will redirect your customer to the invoice in the customer portal where they can initiate the payment through the payment button.
No, your customers do not need to open an account for the payment process. The customers just need to fill in the fields that you marked as mandatory in the form, in order to complete the payment process.
