    Yes! You can try Billomat totally free for 30 days. There are no hidden costs. After the free trial period, you can decide for yourself if you want to continue using Billomat by choosing a paid plan.

  • What happens after the free trial period?

    After the 30-day free trial, you can decide for yourself if you want to continue using Billomat by choosing a paid plan. In your Billomat account, you can choose the plan, its duration and the form of payment. If you no longer need Billomat after the trial, you can cancel your account and your data will be deleted.

  • Which features are included in the free trial period?

    All features! During the free trial period, you can use all Billomat features such as invoicing, accounting, and receipt scanning. Please note, however, that the use of some third-party add-ons may require payment.

  • Which documents can I create with Billomat?

    With Billomat, you create professional documents in compliance with legal requirements, including: invoices, estimates, order confirmations, credit notes, recurring invoices, payment reminders, and letters. The total number of documents depends on your plan. The Solo fee has a quota of 30 documents per month, while in the Business fee you can create an unlimited amount of documents.

  • What are the costs associated with Billomat?

    During the 30-day trial period, you have no costs or obligations. After the free trial period, you can decide for yourself whether you want to continue using Billomat. After the trial period, the use of the accounting software is associated with monthly or annual fees depending on the selected contract term. All software updates and customer support are included in the fees.

  • Do I need to pay for software upgrades?

  • What is the minimum contract period for Billomat?

    The minimum contract period is 1 month and depends on the payment interval selected. If you no longer need Billomat, you can cancel your contract with a period of notice of 14 days before the end of the selected term. To do this, go to your Billomat account and cancel the contract. The cancellation process is simple and there is no need to contact the support team.

  • Do you provide customer support?

    Yes! We are ready to answer all your questions about the accounting software and its features at support@billomat.com. Support is included in all plans, even during the free trial.

  • What knowledge is required to use the accounting software?

    You don't have to be an accountant to do your accounting with Billomat. The use of our software is simple and intuitive. You don't need any special IT skills. In the Billomat magazine, you can also learn more about accounting.

  • What are the technical requirements for using the software?

    Billomat is a cloud application. All you need is an internet connection and an internet-enabled device – regardless of whether it's a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet. Billomat does not need to be installed. However, we have a mobile app that you can install on your smartphone if you want to use the receipt scanning through your device's camera.
