How can I redeem my voucher?

Did you receive a voucher for a change to a higher plan or one which is subject to costs? Here we show you how you can redeem it.

Under Settings > My account > Subscription and plans, under the point „Your subscription“, you will find an upgrade button for the corresponding plan. Simply choose the desired plan.

Afterwards, you will be redirected to a page, where you have to confirm the plan change. Here you can enter the code under the bullet point „Voucher“.

You can confirm the entries by clicking on the button „Change plan“. The plan change will then be done and invoices that have already been paid will directly be set off against the new invoice.
